Refunds & Exchanges
We do not accept returns on orders that are completed. If you have placed an order that has not yet shipped, for an item that is made to order, you may exchange it for store credit code equivalent to the purchase price of your order, however you must initiate your exchange within 48 hours of your purchase, since your purchased item is made to order. Please reach out to emails@northstarsilverco.com to set up an exchange for a made to order product within 48 hours of your purchase.
Please note that all solid gold jewelry and all jewelry set with gemstones is FINAL SALE and cannot be cancelled or exchanged. Rings may be resized for a fee if the design allows for resizing.
Bespoke / Custom / Commissioned
All work that has been made bespoke (i.e. customized) or special commissioned is FINAL SALE. North Star Jewelry Co retains all rights to any bespoke / custom / commissioned pieces. Images may not be used on social media or anywhere else online without explicit consent, and designs may not be replicated for any purpose.
Repairs
Jewelry items may be accepted for reasonable repairs on a case by case basis. Depending on the repair, we may or may not charge a fee. North Star Jewelry Co is not responsible for shipping charges incurred by repairs. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages that have been returned for repairs. We recommend purchasing tracking and/or insurance when shipping back your piece.
Pricing
We ship worldwide from Canada, and list our products in CAD. Currency conversions are subject to fluctuation in local currency values. In addition, fluctuations in the precious metals market may cause prices to change. Any special sales, promo prices, and/or coupon codes are only valid during the dates specified.
