Orb Rings. Lovely, shapely spheres for your fingers. My take on a classic: the French Bombé ring dating back to the Edwardian period, and becoming popular during the 1920s as a response to prohibition era values of austerity. Women were doing what they wanted, and they were wearing beautiful, unapologetic rings while they were at it.
For the Celestial Orb Ring, I've added a special touch: hand-engraved stars. Each ring will have its starry sky individually hand-engraved by me, and therefore no two will be alike. Oxidized satin finish for an old world feel.
What makes a Bombé ring so special is its shape forward ways: curvy and rounded with a lot of impact. Honouring the spirit and sentiment behind the design is important to me and that's why I feel strongly that these rings should never be hollowed out (and yet, they're always hollowed out when mass produced - not here, my friends). I've been working on these since summertime and I think I've perfected them with the perfect balance of comfort, warmth, weight, and impact.

All North Star jewelry is handcrafted in my little workshop on the beautiful north shore of Lake Superior in northern Ontario, Canada.
My work is handmade using traditional goldsmithing, stone-setting, and hand-engraving techniques, with my own two hands and a lot of heart and soul.
